Since 2002. We are a family business and have delivered six projects across West Tambaram, Vandalur and Velachery, 125,000 sq ft in all. Each project is named in sequence in Sanskrit, starting with Pradhamam, the first. Sapthaswarangal in Velachery is the seventh.
What are you selling now?

Is anything still for sale at Shashti Avenue?
No. Shashti Avenue in Vandalur was completed in June 2022, and all 42 apartments and 7 villas are sold and occupied. If you have seen a price for Shashti Avenue on a property portal, it did not come from us. Our ready-to-move homes today are at Sapthaswarangal in Velachery.
