Abimaan Builders is a family business. The people who plan a project are the same ones who meet you, answer your questions, and hand you the keys.
Before anyone signs, they want to know whether the builder is real. That is a fair question to ask of a firm that builds six homes at a time, so here is the record rather than the argument.
We work with buyers who care more about how a home is built than about the name on the gate. Budget matters to them, and it matters to us, so we plan around it from the first drawing.
Our motto is simple: one project at a time. We would rather finish one building properly than spread across ten and finish none of them well. Reliable execution, an honest timeline, and a home that holds up years after you move in.
What we have built
Since 2002, across West Tambaram, Vandalur and Velachery. 125,000 sq ft of homes, built and handed over.
Each project is named in sequence in Sanskrit, beginning with Pradhamam, the first. Sapthaswarangal in Velachery is the seventh.
- Shashti Avenue, Vandalur. 42 apartments and 7 villas, gated community, 65,000 sq ft built up. Completed June 2022.
- Pancham Vihar. 30 apartments in five blocks, 24,000 sq ft built up.
- Triveni. 2 villas and 2 apartments, 8,000 sq ft built up.
- Dwitheeyam. 8 apartments in two blocks, 8,000 sq ft built up.
- Pradhamam. 8 villas, 20,000 sq ft built up.
More than 300 families have lived in an Abimaan home.

What a six-home builder cannot give you
One project at a time is a choice, and it costs us things worth naming.
A six-home building does not carry a clubhouse, a pool or a gym. Sapthaswarangal has a lift, power backup, CCTV in the common areas, a visitors’ lounge and parking. That is the whole list.
We do not run ten sites at once, so when a launch is a year away we say so instead of taking a booking for it.
What you get back is a shorter chain. The person who answers the phone in year five is the person who built the place.

We raise our own standard on every project, and we would rather do one thing properly than ten things halfway.
Property development. We promote and develop residential and commercial property, on our own land and through joint ventures with partners.
Civil construction. We take on projects from the ground up and hand them over turnkey, from large builds to single homes.
Land sales. We also buy and sell land outright, so one team handles the whole transaction.
